A brand identity encompasses all things that reflect your brand image—logo, product packaging, website, ads, photography, social media, swag, copy, and even internal branded materials such as letterhead, employee onboarding materials, etc. All of these things together create a holistic brand image that your target audience ingests. Whether or not your audience resonates with your brand or not is largely impacted by how purposeful and clear your brand message is.
